Twin sisters, Elena & Emily grew up in a traditional Italian family, surrounded by food, so naturally always wanted to be in the hospitality industry. Over the years, they have immersed themselves in different culinary experiences by going to some of the world’s best restaurants, these have included El Cellar de can Roca and Osteria Francescana.

I’m Emily, with a background in event management and now, the proud co-owner of our dream restaurant. After 12 years of diving into the hospitality industry, my twin and I decided it was time to make our big dream a reality.

We're all about sharing what we know and love, making sure every customer gets the star treatment and some seriously good eats.

I’m Elena, a MasterChef quarter finalist and the culinary mastermind behind Rottura. My journey through the world of fine dining has not only honed my skills but also allowed me to cross paths with some incredible talents.

Eagerly anticipating the opportunity to share my flavours and expertise with Brentford, I'm all set to make a mark with dishes that tell a story.
